Missing custom EQ preset

1. The base preamp volume (flat curve) is too high, leading a limiter to strike in. Youll notice audible gain-control artifacts unless you lower the preamp.

2. Id love to save my custom EQ settings in an own preset, too. Currently you can set up your own EQ curve but since you cant save it, itll be gone in a new playback session. Implementing this will solve the upper issue, too as VLC would also remember a custom preamp setting.

Other than that: Love VLC and Im so glad to have it available on iOS along with so many of its codecs.
